As Sharlene was their main point of contact, she had no complaints and was very happy with the fact they all went out of their way to make sure things were done beyond our expectations.
Sandro we would both like to thank you for your suggestion about replacing the veranda roof with a pitched colorbond roof. It has truly finished off the house we are excited about calling ours, and finished off a job that all at Versatile Extensions should be proud they had been involved in.

I would just like to personally thank you for the wonderful job that you did on my home. From the very first meeting with Sandro to the very completion of the job everything was performed professionally. I could not be happier with all the tradesmen that entered my home, they were very polite and courteous. They kept my home very tidy when possible and at the end of the day cleaned up after themselves. I must mention the roof tilers, the day they laid the tiles was in excess of 46 degrees, if they had said to me that was too hot to work I would of understood, but they kept on going, you should be very happy to have tilers such as them.
It was the same with Matt and his band of workers, I think I set my watch to him every morning, and he gave his work the very best attention to detail of all, and he was a good person.
Sandro I would like to give you a big Thank You, every time you said someone would be there they were, a few minor hiccups but nothing to even worry about. You did a great job on designing my new extension, and I have no doubts about recommending you to anybody (which I've already have).

We recently undertook a rather large renovation to our home in Hunters Hill. It was a humongous project, and a worry initially, as to how and who we were going to get to do the complete job.
Versatile extensions came highly recommended to us, so we asked them to quote our job so we can compare it to the 5 or 6 quotes we already had from other builders.
Right from the start, we found Alan and Sandro friendly, courteous and above all - professional, we were impressed from day one!
As we guessed, their quote was very fair, and soon we were embarking on our project. After the routine council palaver, we got started, and right from the word go we were happy with the builders. Not only were they proficient in their building skills with the job keeping nearly to time, but if there were ever any problems or questions they would always return your call promptly and act on things as they arose immediately.
Our original house was a two bedroom 1927 bungalow before we started, with barely enough room for our 3 sons to swing a cat. Now we have a spacious 5 bedroom home with large living areas. We initially intended using Harditex cladding so we could not only keep the cost down but could achieve a cement rendered look. Versatile recommended a fairly new product called “Insulclad” - a 40 mm thick styrene foam, with the cement rendered finish. Not only did we achieve the desired look, but the “thermal” qualities this product contains are amazing!
